i made this game while stuck overnight (& through the day, into the night again...) at the montreal airport after my flight was cancelled. it was a very stressful experience but making this game as a condensed version of the events that happened as they were happening was quite cathartic.
use wasd or the arrow keys to move around.

on my way back home to louisiana from visiting my previously long distance partner up in new brunswick, i had a connection in montreal. it was meant to be very short - just a little under an hour until i was off on a flight to chicago - but due to some cancellations and reschedules it turned into several hours of me wandering through what felt like backrooms hallways and international gates until i was promptly deposited onto a flight to an overnight stay in the atlanta airport. which i guess ultimately isn't a bad thing, considering with how long US customs took to even get to i would've missed my chicago flight anyways :'D
that is to say, while i wasn't fully stranded in the montreal airport i do heavily relate to the confusion of that damned place. this was such a real glimpse into something ive dealt with tons of times, both there and otherwise. good lil game!

Man, yeah, Ive been through this. Especially when they make you check your carry on but then lose it. I can relate to that character.

I normally hate playing in browser but broke that rule when I saw this release. Very sorrry you experienced that but you crystallized it very well--short and straight to the point.
